- このアプリケーションは、開発者が個人情報を取得しません。 This application does not collect any personal information from the developer.
- このアプリケーションに入力されたデータは、利用者が明示的に出力行為を行った場合を除き、端末外部に提供されません。 The data entered into this application will not be provided outside the device unless the user explicitly outputs the data.

- 「ユーザー」は、本アプリケーションを自己の端末にインストールする全ての方をいいます。 “User” refers to anyone who installs this Application on their device.
- 本規約は、全てのユーザーに適用されるものとします。 These Terms shall apply to all users.
- 「データ」は、端末から取得される情報及び音声入力・音声認識機能により入力されるすべての情報をいいます。 "Data" refers to information obtained from a terminal and all information input by voice input/speech recognition function.
データの管理責任 Data management responsibility
- 本アプリケーション上に作成されたデータの正確性の確認及び保管はユーザーの責任に基づき行うものとします。 It is the user's responsibility to confirm the accuracy and store the data created on this application.
料金の支払 Payment
- 本アプリケーションは、Apple社またはGoogle社が提供する支払機能を通じて有料機能を提供します。 This Application provides paid features through payment facilities provided by Apple or Google.
- Apple社またはGoogle社が提供するスマートフォンのOSの機能を通じて購入動作を行うことにより、有料機能の利用契約が成立するものとします。 A contract for the use of paid features will be established by making a purchase through the functionality of the smartphone OS provided by Apple or Google.
- 有料機能の利用契約が有効な期間中、ユーザーはApple社またはGoogle社が提供するスマートフォンのOSの機能を通じて月額料金を支払います。 During the validity period of the paid feature usage contract, the user pays a monthly fee through the smartphone OS feature provided by Apple or Google.
- 有料機能の利用契約の解約及び自動更新は、Apple社またはGoogle社が提供するスマートフォンのOSの機能が提供する条件に従うものとします。 Cancellation and automatic renewal of usage contracts for paid functions shall be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the smartphone OS functions provided by Apple or Google.
- 一度支払われた有料機能の料金について、Apple社またはGoogle社から払い戻しを受ける場合を除き、いかなる理由においても返金は行いません。 Once paid, fees for paid features will not be refunded for any reason unless you receive a refund from Apple or Google.
